Free pickup and delivery - everyone does it, but not like Hoboken Green Cleaners. Timeliness is one of the most crucial factors in selecting a cleaning service. Whether you are a business that needs inventory for your staff before their shift starts, or an individual with a large meeting, we understand that delays are unacceptable.
With our order monitoring system, we have a dashboard of all outstanding orders. As soon as an order is due within six hours, the icon turns red. This informs our team that the garments need to be completed and packaged ASAP to ensure they are delivered to you with our driver.
All pick ups and deliveries can be scheduled
through our 24/7 online customer portal.
For our doorman buildings that are less time sensitive, customers may select a day, and we will ensure the pick up/delivery is made. For our non-doorman buildings where the clothes need to be physically delivered to the individual customers have the ability to select a 2 hr window for our driver to stop by for a pick up/delivery.
